Central Colorado Springs Attached ADU / Accessory Family Suite
Maximizing Available Space
For this project, we maximized the limited space available on this lot to provide the client with the highest ROI they could obtain. We built a 355 square foot, 1 bed, 1 bath ADU. The client immediately started renting the unit and is generating a nice amount of monthly passive income.
SMALL doesn't mean limited
Even though the area of this unit is less than the average apartment of this size, with careful planning, we were able to install a full kitchen with plenty of storage, as well as a full-size, stackable washer and dryer.
Maximum value
This ADU was designed to be budget-friendly, but still has many modern and elegant finishes that made the unit very appealing to renters – this unit was rented out immediately after completion.
Smart Design
In order to maximize privacy for the homeowner and tenant, we designed the ADU to have private parking, a private entryway in the alley behind the home, and a private, fully-fenced yard. The homeowner doesn’t hear or see the tenant coming and going.

For this client, we nearly tripled the area of their business inside a medical complex near Downtown, greatly increasing their capacity to generate revenue.

Northwest Colorado Springs Commercial Site Work
INCREASE CAPACITY
This client’s main dilemma was a lack of parking spaces needed for expansion. We added over 20 parking spaces to their lot during this project.
EXPANSIVE SCOPE
In addition to adding 20 new parking spaces, we also installed a second driveway, restriped and resealed the parking lot, installed over 500 feet of fencing, and built a nature trail that captures the beauty of this property.
AND THAT's NOT ALL
We also completed many other projects for this client, including modernizing the exterior of the building with a durable and beautiful stucco finish.
