We’re excited to introduce a new range of Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) models, designed for efficiency, affordability, and streamlined construction.
Our first model—the most affordable 1-bedroom ADU we can build—will be available for order by April 30th. This launch is in anticipation of the upcoming Colorado Springs ADU code change, which is set to take effect on June 1st. The new code will allow detached ADUs in R-1 and other single-family zones, significantly expanding opportunities for homeowners.
With demand expected to rise, we’re creating pre-designed models that dramatically reduce design and permitting time. While traditional custom design-build ADUs often take 3–5 months for pre-construction and permitting, our ADU models will be ready to break ground in just 1–2 months—helping homeowners move forward quickly and efficiently.
