1) ConsultAtion
We meet with you to overview your goals, budget, and timeline to ensure we are a good fit for your construction project.
2) Design
Once both parties determine we are a good fit to move forward, we commence the design and engineering work required to get your plans build-ready and approved by the local Building Department .
3) BUILD
Once the design work is completed, we begin construction of your project. Our superintendents, project managers, and administrative staff ensure your project is completed on time, on budget, and that you are kept in the know as your project progresses.

Alex Kosley, CEO
Alex’s primary skillset is in business development, administration, and finance, but he has 8 years of experience in construction, and specializes in providing a quality customer service experience and implementing systems to ensure things run smoothly for our clients and team.
Casey Copley, COO
Casey is an expert in all things construction, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Casey makes sure your project is built to a high standard, on schedule, and on budget.
Tim Ottaway, director of design
Tim has over 30 years of design experience, holds a “B” contractor license’ and specializes in bringing your vision to reality, while ensuring all codes are met and your building is contractor-friendly.
Lee Chapin, Director of Pre-Construction
Lee is a licensed architect in Colorado and an “A” contractor license holder. Lee worked with Tim on several projects before the StreamHome team came together, and has a wide variety of experience working in all aspects of construction.
